1. Introduction

JBL Intellectual Properties LLC, doing business as JBL Roofing & Construction ("JBL," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use our online roof quote (this website, the "Quote Site"), get a quote or book an inspection, communicate with us by phone, email, or text message, or otherwise interact with JBL.

This policy follows JBL's main Privacy Policy on jblrc.com, with the same section numbers, and adds the details that are specific to the Quote Site (see Section 2.4 and Section 5). The two are meant to be read together and say the same thing wherever they overlap.

By using the Quote Site or providing personal information to JBL, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Quote Site or submit personal information to us.

2. Information We Collect

We collect personal information you provide to us directly, information collected automatically when you use the Quote Site, and information from limited third-party sources.

2.1 Information you provide

When you use the Quote Site, submit a form, call, email, or text us, we may collect:

• Contact details such as your first and last name, mailing address, email address, mobile phone number, and home phone number.
• Project details such as the type of roofing or construction service requested, the address of the property, photographs you choose to share, insurance carrier information (where applicable for storm-damage claims), and any free-text notes you include in your request.
• Payment and billing information you provide to complete a transaction, processed by our third-party payment processors.
• Any other information you voluntarily submit through the Quote Site or share with us in the course of a project.

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit the Quote Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring/exit pages, pages visited, date/time stamps, and similar diagnostics. This information is used to analyze trends, administer the site, and track movement around the site. See Section 7 (Cookies and Tracking) for details.

2.3 Information from third parties

We may receive information about you from third-party sources, including business partners, advertising networks, lead-generation services, insurance carriers (with your permission, for storm-damage claim coordination), and publicly available sources. We use this information consistently with this Privacy Policy.

2.4 The online roof quote

To measure your roof, price it, and let you book an inspection, the Quote Site collects and uses:

• The property address you enter, and the address suggestions you pick from as you type.
• Aerial and satellite imagery of the property and measurements of its roof (such as size, pitch, and shape) worked out from that imagery, plus any choices you make about which buildings to include.
• Public property records for the address, such as the home's size and the year it was built.
• Your answers to the quote's questions, the products, add-ons, and price ranges you were shown, and any inspection time you book.
• Your progress through the quote. We save your answers as you go, so we may keep and follow up on a quote you started but did not finish, in line with the choices you made in Section 4.
• How you reached the Quote Site, such as the referring page, the advertising campaign tags in the link you followed, and ad click identifiers.
• A record of the consent choices you make on the form (for example, whether you ticked the box to receive text messages), with the exact words you were shown, the date and time, and the IP address they came from.
• Photographs of your home, if we ask you to take them to firm up your price. You take these in a photo app provided by one of our service providers (see Section 5), and we receive the photos and the measurements made from them.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

• Respond to estimate requests, give you an online quote, schedule appointments, and provide the products and services you ask for.
• Communicate with you about your project, by phone, email, or text message, including estimate confirmations, scheduling, status updates, follow-up, warranty communications, and customer service.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers, suppliers, manufacturers, subcontractors, and other service providers to deliver the work you have engaged us to perform.
• Process payments and manage billing.
• Improve, secure, and operate the Quote Site and our business operations.
• Send you marketing communications about JBL products and services, where permitted by law and consistent with your communication preferences.
• Comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms & Conditions, and protect the rights, property, and safety of JBL, our customers, and the public.

We will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to fulfill your request.

4. SMS / Text Messaging

If you opt in as described in Section 4.4, you consent to receive text messages from JBL Roofing & Construction regarding your estimate, project, scheduling, service updates, warranty communications, and related customer-service messages.

4.1 Message types

Messages you may receive include:

• Estimate confirmations and follow-up, such as a link to your online quote.
• Appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling notifications.
• Requests for photos of your home to firm up your price.
• Job-status updates (crew dispatch, arrival, work-in-progress, completion).
• Insurance-claim coordination messages (for storm-damage work).
• Warranty, satisfaction, and customer-service messages.
• Account-related messages (e.g., payment confirmations, billing reminders).

4.2 Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on the status of your project and your interactions with us. You may receive messages only occasionally, or several per week during active project work.

4.3 Cost

Message and data rates may apply. JBL does not charge for the messages it sends, but your wireless carrier's standard message and data rates will apply to messages you send to or receive from us.

4.4 Opt-in

You opt in to receive text messages from JBL by (a) checking the SMS-consent checkbox on a form on the Quote Site or on jblrc.com, (b) providing your mobile number to a JBL representative who confirms your consent to text-message communications, or (c) texting an opt-in keyword to a JBL number. On the Quote Site, giving us your mobile number does not by itself sign you up for text messages: you receive them only if you check the text-message box, which is never checked for you. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service from JBL.

4.5 Opt-out (STOP)

You may opt out of text messages from JBL at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send you. After you reply STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further messages from that program unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by emailing info@jblrc.com or calling (330) 677-9463 and asking to be removed from text communications.

4.6 Help (HELP)

For help with the JBL text-messaging program, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, email info@jblrc.com, or call (330) 677-9463.

4.7 Carrier disclaimer

Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and their respective affiliates) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed and depends on factors outside JBL's control.

4.8 Mobile information and third parties

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors, vendors, and service providers that perform services on our behalf (for example, scheduling tools, CRM platforms, dispatching software, and text-messaging service providers) is permitted solely to deliver the service you have requested. All other categories, including text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent, exclude this information from sharing; this information will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. How We Share Your Information

We share personal information only as described below:

• Service providers. We share information with vendors that perform services on our behalf (such as CRM, scheduling, dispatching, text-messaging delivery, payment processing, email hosting, website hosting, and analytics), subject to confidentiality obligations and limited to the information needed for those services.
• Subcontractors and trade partners. When subcontractors or trade partners perform work on your project, we share project-related information (such as the service address, scope of work, and your contact information) needed to complete the work.
• Insurance carriers and adjusters. With your authorization, we share information needed to coordinate insurance claims for storm-damage work.
• Manufacturers and suppliers. We share project information needed to order materials, register warranties, and resolve product issues.
• Legal and safety. We share information to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests from government authorities, enforce our Terms & Conditions, defend legal claims, and protect the rights, property, and safety of JBL, our customers, and the public.
• Business transfers. We may share information in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or other corporate transaction, subject to the successor's commitment to honor this Privacy Policy.
• With your consent. We share information for other purposes when you direct or authorize us to do so.

On the Quote Site, the service providers that handle your information for JBL are:

• Our website developer and host, which builds and runs the Quote Site for JBL and stores the information collected on it.
• Amazon Web Services, which hosts the Quote Site and its database and delivers our text messages and emails.
• Google, which provides the address search, maps, and aerial imagery used to measure your roof. Google may receive your IP address and what you type into the address search.
• RentCast, which provides public property records for the address you enter.
• AccuLynx, our customer-relationship management (CRM) system, where your request, contact details, and quote are kept for our sales and production teams.
• Hover, which provides the photo app we may ask you to use to photograph your home.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Legal Bases and Marketing Choices

We rely on the legal bases of contract performance, legitimate interest, legal obligation, and consent to process your personal information, as applicable. You may opt out of marketing emails by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email, opt out of text messages as described in Section 4.5, or contact us at info@jblrc.com to update your preferences.

7. Cookies and Tracking

The Quote Site may use cookies, pixels, web beacons, browser storage, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your progress and preferences, record which pages you visit, measure traffic, and (where applicable) deliver interest-based advertising. For example, the Quote Site keeps a note in your browser of the page that brought you to it and of the version of the quote you saw, so that a later visit is shown the same way. You can manage cookies and site data through your browser settings; blocking certain cookies or site data may affect how the Quote Site works. We may use analytics providers (such as Google Analytics) and advertising networks; their use of information is governed by their own privacy policies.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including industry-standard encryption when transmitting and receiving information. We also have measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of your personal information. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the services you request, comply with legal obligations (including tax, warranty, and accounting requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We keep the record of your text-message consent for as long as we may need to show that you gave it. When we no longer need personal information, we delete or de-identify it.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port the information we hold about you, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing. 10.1 California residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended) may give you additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we have collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to correct inaccurate personal information, the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. JBL does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. 11. Children's Privacy

The Quote Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it. If you believe we have information from a child under 13, please contact us at info@jblrc.com.

12. Third-Party Websites

The Quote Site may contain links to third-party websites and apps. JBL is not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

13. International Users

The Quote Site is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions in which JBL or its service providers operate.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, provide additional notice (for example, by posting a notice on the Quote Site or sending you an email). You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Our Terms & Conditions also apply to the Quote Site and our text-messaging program.
